Bookmarks didn't show up after new installation and login

I recently downloaded Opera on a new PC and when I logged in, all the bookmarks I had previously weren't there, except it was showing the bookmarks that I have on Chrome, which were the bookmarks I had originally in Opera when I downloaded it for the first time a year ago. How do I get my most recent Opera GX bookmarks back

@inevitablesoa Sync was enabled? If you ho to sync.opera.com, it shows that you have bookmarks synced?
