Upload a wallpaper for others to use in the add-ons pages

Maybe it is a noob question but I can't find a way to post a wallpaper on the add-ons page

@macko-61 I have the same question… I think you just go to https://addons.opera.com/developer/upload/
Add image files (instead of extension ones), and submit it.

So I have to create a complete theme instead ?
