Onscreen button for Notebook 'Create Sticky Notes' button

I've noticed this button has appeared on Opera recently, but can find no way of removing it, as I find it irritating. Can anyone assist me, please? I've attached an image, to show what I'm talking about.

@dosborne67 It's not from Opera, so probably something from an extension or a third party software.
