Can’t attach word documents to emails on Opera

Says “don’t have administrator permission. But I am the administrator. And This only happens on Opera, not on Chrome. My computer runs on Windows 10.

Aol.com is the email site I use.
However, it works fine when I use the Chrome browser.
Is there a setting on Opera that would interfere with this and tell me i don't have admin permission -- although I AM the admin?

@vandyhank05 There may be a chance that the site simply doesn't support Opera.

Are you able to upload other type of files?
