Changing Default Microphone

I'm trying to change the Default Microphone used by Opera, because the one that is currently Default doesn't work, but can't find how to do that anywhere.. Does anyone know how to do that?

@zenekthefirst As far as I know, you do it in Windows settings.

@leocg I already tried that, but the laptop I'm using is an Acer, which for some reason, always sets the Acer Purified Voice (Laptop Microphone) as Default and In-Use, whenever a Microphone is needed, and I can't seem to be able to change that.

Sounds like you're running into this known and long-standing issue.
