Reinitializing Opera for Android

Hello
I would like to overwrite the content and in particular the bookmarks of Opera Android (smartphone) with the new content from my Opera account. I would like to point out that my Opera Android is currently out of sync
Is there any other method than the barbaric uninstall-reinstall method?

I tried everything
Opera PC synchronizes perfectly (I verified the account content) but Opera Android doesn't synchronize
I am thinking about uninstalling-reinstalling
