previous tabs vanished following system reset

i recently performed a system reset on my laptop and upon downloading oprea i cant seem to find my 20+ tabs anywhere, how do i get them back?

@starflight4842 If Sync was enabled, try clicking on the tabs icon in sidebar or open opera://activity.
