Sync and passphrase not resetting

So, my synchronization is not working whatsoever, tried it multiple times already. I wrote my passphrase down, I always do, and it's still wrong. I did try several variations just in case, too. Nothing. And when I go on the link that says 'reset sync' to reset my passphrase (as stated before the link)

it just says this:

I have absolutely no idea why I can't reset my passphrase, or why my passphrase does not work
Would appreciate some help, thanks.

@volllp To complete the reset of your passphrase, go to opera://settings/syncSetup and change/remove it in Encryption Options

@leocg Either I'm blind or that option didn't show before. Anyway, I believe everything's alright now. Thanks a lot

I am having this issue as well. I have tried @leocg suggestion but I do not have the option to change/remove the Encryption options. Any suggestion would be welcomed.

@donutsdc Did you reset your passphrase in sync.opera.com first?
