<![CDATA[Sync and passphrase not resetting]]>So, my synchronization is not working whatsoever, tried it multiple times already. I wrote my passphrase down, I always do, and it's still wrong. I did try several variations just in case, too. Nothing. And when I go on the link that says 'reset sync' to reset my passphrase (as stated before the link)

I have absolutely no idea why I can't reset my passphrase, or why my passphrase does not work
Would appreciate some help, thanks.

I have tried @leocg suggestion but I do not have the option to change/remove the Encryption options. Any suggestion would be welcomed.
