how to disable tooltips in opera 26?

i mean those tooltips at the left bottom of the window,
on some pages they are really annoying, because they dont disappear .... -

You cant disable the statusbar in Opera.
i dont mean the statusbar, on certain websites you get a tooltip for hyperlinks when you just get with the pointer over those links and they will stay until you move the mouse into the adressbar

I don't think you can disable that link address notification popup at the bottom of the page on any browser.
On Opera Presto it's a popup that appears below the actual link while the cursor is on it, and that can be switched off.
This disables all popup messages though, not just the links.
Still in mourning for Opera 12.........

if the popup would behave like an popup thats disappears when i move the cursor away from the link, i would be fine with it, but the actual behavior is annoying

It fades out when I move the cursor away from the link on my installation.
Occasionally it does seem to stick on when I first load a page, but it disappears if I left click anywhere on the page that isn't a link.
Still in mourning for Opera 12.........
