Occasionally it does seem to stick on when I first load a page, but it disappears if I left click anywhere on the page that isn't a link.<br />

On Opera Presto it's a popup that appears below the actual link while the cursor is on it, and that can be switched off.<br />
This disables all popup messages though, not just the links.<br />
