Trouble exporting passwords

Hi! I am having issues with exporting my passwords. I am trying to do a new install of Windows and I want to back up my passwords, but I can't seem to find the button. I used to be able to do this with ease, but I assume a new update changed the method or removed the feature entirely. I've looked everywhere to try and find the solution with no avail. I'm probably missing something simple. I should add that I looked for the flag that enables this feature too without finding it. The new password manager looks like this:
