How to turn off the function that the tab goes small if you use vertical scroll bar?

Does anyone know how to turn off the annoying shrinking of the tab when you scroll on the vertical scroll bar?

@ru60die No idea of what are you talking about. Here, using the scrollbar doesn't make the tabs smaller.
