Unable to speak text from Opera

A description of the problem, including as much as information as possible
When I use safari, I can select some text and then use a custom hotkey (in my case F8) to make it read the selected text. Some time ago, I remember Opera used to have a Speak menu. But now, Opera does not read the text, or reads the text from other open tab.

Try to read some text using your selected key or Opción + Esc. It shows some text from other tab

Expected behavior and actual one
Read the selected text, not tab contents or other page text
