Mod wallpaper doesn't change

Good evening, I have a problem regarding mods, I can enable everything correctly, but only the wallpaper does not change, regardless of the mod and theme, does anyone know what it could be?

@aizee1 Do you see a double-arrow pointing right (a skip button) at the lower right of your speed dial page? That's a wallpaper changer. Personally I didn't want my wallpaper to change, so I had to keep telling it to skip the new wallpaper before going back to select my old wallpaper. Took me doing that several times, but it finally seems to have given up ...
