Hello, I got to know about minipay when the shake and win campaign started and I can't activate my minipay. Whenever I wanna activate it, it tells me that it isn't in my region. I know opera shake and win is only available in Nigeria , Kenya and ......... But I live in Nigeria, so I don't get why is isn't allowing me to activate it. Or is it when I receive my reward. Cuz I am almost winning a 10$minipay voucher and I'm not sure where it's gonna go to.
