Hello i won a cash prize and i claimed it in my minipay account, but it didn't reflect why

I have money but can't use it, what is happening

What is problem with the app, i tried several times to claim my rewards but it kept on saying something went wrong. I have finished all the lesson still i can't claim. And i can't even make use of my in the account, it kept on loading without ending. Help please

This game is becoming annoying just only 1 box to go and i keep on having x6 x7 x8 x5, for 2 weeks now. Why can't you people convert at least 1 for me.
