@tesshide said in HTTP 400 error on sky.com:
Try this https://helpforum.sky.com see attached error.)
Have you tried another browser for comparison?

@tesshide With both browsers showing the same failure message, it seems it's not a browser problem per se.
When I visit the page you noted, the site auto-redirects me to a subscription-offer page that's unique to the USA (since I don't have a current Sky subscription) - so they're definitely doing some geo-sniffing. Perhaps Sky's geo-filtering is blocking your connection location or your ISP is causing issues (either blocking Sky or being blocked by Sky for some reason).
What part of the world are you located in? Are you using a VPN? Also, Sky wants full access for setting cookies, etc... so are you blocking those?

I see the same response from the website as @blackbird71 ... and I agree with their opinion.
I'd say this isn't a browser issue, the way it stands now. It's possibly an oddball config (corrupted browser files) on your machine.
Something I do for troubleshooting is to create a new user account on my computer, then fire up the browser, and access the website in question.
