Scrolling and video playback glitchy

Good Evening to All,
I have been using your browser for 2-3 years. In the last few months I have found that the browser hesitates when trying to scroll. Playing videos also jump. No longer smooth playing. I have quite a few folders (27) set up on the main page. I have about 230 sites set up in the folders. The problem showed up in the last month or two. I think it started with the massive update you put out.
After the update I had to re-enter all the folders and individual sites in each folder - twice. I was lucky that I had set up a spreadsheet with the folder names and site contents prior to the update. I sent you comments, through the web browser, on this issue and never received a response.
It would be nice to get some type of useful and helpful responses on these issues.
Another issue - I could not set up an account using Opera. I had to use Firefox to set up the account.
Another issue - I tried using the help email - support@opera.com. It sent me to the forum website. Why do this? If the support email is not longer valid get it off the internet.
PLEASE ADVISE.

It's been a while that Opera doesn't offer individual support. That address doesn't seem to be mentioned in www.opera.com
