could i get my bookmark back on opera gx after re-installing my os if i don't have sync

I got my PC repaired and reinstalled its os, when I download opera GX and logged in to my account I have no bookmarks from before the repaired

Is it possible to get them back, I have a good 50
also bookmarks on that old "account" and I would like to get them back

Also pretty sure I don't have sync on
