21 Useful Tabs Lost After Signing in

I have been using Opera on Android for more than 3 years as Guest, until today.
I wanted to try Opera AI so I created an account because it was required. As far as I can remember, I have not received any warning that my open tabs will be closed.
After awhile I picked up my phone again, Opera browser was still open. Then, I noticed the 21 tabs were all gone. I tried signing out of my new account and reverted to guest, but the tabs were all gone. Only the bookmarked pages were present.
Is there a way to recover them? I have already tried looking on recently closed tabs, and tried searching under "Session" for both Guest, and my new account, but to no avail.
Are they lost for good? This is frustrating and disappointing.

We are sorry about the problem. To investigate the issue, can you let us know your installation ID, device name and Android version?
If you have synchronization enabled before, you should be able to find your old open tabs in sync.opera.com
You can open the page in any browser.
