Shaders blurred

I'm new to Opera GX and I wanted to try out the shaders feature, but before i even installed any mods it was blurry and even after trying to download a mod, the mod it self didn't get applied automatically.

If someone knows how to solve this please tell me at your earliest convenience.

@sach08 A previous user posted the same question then answered it himself - there's a button further up the screen that looks like a power button, you need to turn it on.
