Can't resize windows from the top

I can't seem to resize windows from the top part of Opera. This becomes problematic as sometimes my windows are taller than my screen which means I have literally no way of resizing them vertically any smaller. How do you make it so you can resize from the top?

@thecaligarmo I am having and have reported this issue and don't understand how more people aren't noticing it.

@romulusnr Maybe it's just not that important for other people. Or, maybe, people don't keep resizing that often.

Until this is fixed, you can hit alt + space, then hit s and then use the up and down arrow keys to change the height of the window. Then, press enter when you're done.

Have you tried version 103 of Opera yet though?
