Page suddenly replaced by speed dial

While I was on a webpage, I accidentally clicked my mouse which displaced the page with the speed dial page. The 'back' button was shaded and there was no way to return to the page. Not sure what I did--double right click, right-left. I'd like to know what the shortcut is so I can disable it. Thanks.
