Why are my outlines white?

This picture on discord explains my situation best. Every outline is white and I have tried to fix it but I cant find a setting anywhere. Here is another pic from discord
Does anyone know how to fix this? If someone does please tell me.

@mrmysterythe2nd Already tried to right click on the page and disable Force Dark Pages?
