Conflict between Avast antivirus and Opera VPN installer

Hi,
could anyone please help me with this issue. I'm trying to install Opera VPN, but there's a conflict with Avast. The first times I tried it said something about a potential threat and windowsservice.exe file, and Opera Norway-something... but now when I press the install button, the installer loads for a short while, and then nothing happens. What do I do about this? Very grateful for any help! All the best, Jesper

@orpheusdream Disable Avast, install the VPN, enable Avast again.
