New Speed dial appears everytime I restart my laptop

New problem just emerged: every time I restart my laptop I get a new Speed dial

I now have three for this laptop. Why is it doing this?

Is there anyway to switch between speed dials?

@littleoldme I should add it also signs me out of Opera.

This happened after a recent major update from Microsoft so I don't know if they are related or not

@littleoldme Try checking with a new profile directory.

@leocg Don't know why but the problem went away with the newest update
