Opera is opening with start page

Opera is opening with start page, though I disabled this option.
It's happening after launching new Opera. I tried to re-install Opera million times, my version is the newest.
How to fix it?

@jirkadlecz What is your setting in On Startup section of settings page?

@leocg "Leave the tabs from last visit." "Show the home page first" disabled. That was the first I checked.

I also created new Opera account. Unsuccessfuly...
