I am unable to start Paypal in Opera but I can get it to work in Chrome. The sign on starts with the email address. I enter my email address. The screen either foes into a spinning wheel mode or flashes and comes back to the and then flashes back to the same screen email address screen.

I have uninstalled opera and reinstalled it but the same problem..
