Weird syncing issue with 27.0.1689.0 Opera

Is anyone else seeing this issue? The new bookmark sync manager tells me Something went wrong? and requires me to sign-in again. Once signed in then it does the same thing and never seems to function again. I can confirm that 27.0.1683.0 is still working with Sync Manager
