[Duplicated]Opera startup spash screen shows up everytime I open opera

every time I close opera and I reopen it, it shows the opera one logo. I just updated to windows 11 and I reinstalled opera. I can't figure out how ti have opera to open instantly instead of the logo poping up for around 5 seconds

Remove this file: C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera\Version_Number\opera_gx_splash.exe

Goto the URL opera://about, take note of the "profile" path, close Opera and create a blank file named "Preferences" (not "Preferences.txt") in the profile folder. Then, it should only show on updates.

There's a fix coming so you don't have to do that (or delete opera_gx_splash.exe after every update).
