I just updated to windows  11 and I reinstalled opera. I can't figure out how ti have opera to open instantly instead of the logo poping up for around 5 seconds</p>

Then, it should only show on updates.</p>
<p dir="auto">There's a fix coming so you don't have to do that (or delete opera_gx_splash.exe after every update).</p>
