Im not entirely sure why but the Opera icon turns red on the taskbar after I download anything on Opera. I checked the downloads, they are safe downloads, and all of them have been completed.
@xiko0 Most likely that there is an incomplete or interrupted download. If the red color of the icon on the taskbar does not suit you, then simply clear the entire download list
