Prevent auto launch of videos or ads

How can I change Opera's settings to prevent autoplay of videos from websites?
I checked Opera Help, but I don't see an option to "Block media auto-launch" (Prevent auto-launch) in the Opera settings.
I hate these videos that start automatically and show ads at the beginning -

@tomsopera3344 Opera doesn't have a setting for it, you need to use an extension.
