Having problems to install Opera GX

When I try to install I get the message "Cannot find procedure entry point GetProcessMitigationPolicy in dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll" and it doesn't continue. How to solve it?

@maicoolroa As said, Opera no longer supports Windows 7. The last version with support for that OS was 95.
