Portable Opera, the desktop version does not work on Windows 7 x64. When launching the portable Opera on Win 7, it reports an error: The procedure entry point GetProcessMitigationPolicy could not be located in dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll. What is the issue?

@leocg Using Portable Opera obtained from portably portable.com on Monday. I'm running Windows 10, but my computer is currently in service, so we used the USB version made on Win 10. Please provide a link to Portable Opera 95! Thanks

@bopi Download "Opera_95.0.4635.84_Setup_x64.exe " from https://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/95.0.4635.84/win/.
Launch the installer, click "options", set the "install path" to where you want, set "install for" to "Standalone Installation (USB)" (means "portable"), adjust the other options as you like and install.

@burnout426 What you mentioned in Windows 7 doesn't work. It's giving the same error as in the original post.

@leocg I tried to install the last version with support for Windows 7, which is Opera 95. However, it's showing an error:
Opera installer 101.0.4843.43.0

@bopi You are installing Opera 100, that will not working in Windows 7.
Go to https://www.opera.com/download, scroll down until you find the link to Opera 95 and download the installer. You should get the same build mentioned above.
