Why This Connection Error Appears When I Load Big Websites?

I have been using Opera from quite enough time and never faced an issue regarding the loading of site or something else like that. But recently have seen some of the sites not loading especially when it coms to tier 1 and 2 countries. Because the connection error appears.
I don't know what are the reasons behind but yeah there are. How i can solve this error on opera.

@talhapartners Even my own website is not opening sometimes in the opera browser, don't know what are the reasons behind this. Here is the website, sop experienced can check.
