Pink bubbles randomly appeared on side of browser

I seem to have randomly had moving pink bubbles be applied to my Opera GX pages. I can't seem to find a way to remove them, any guidance??

@idon276 It's a shader from some mod installed in your system. In the sidebar click the second to last icon (it will say Shaders when you hover it) and toggle it off.
