Anything I download is an opera gx web document

Whenever I try to download something it is always an opera gx web document and whenever I try to open it it says the file cannot be found, but really I just want to know how to change it from downloading everything as a web document to just regular files.

@lymricwizard Maybe you have set up Opera GX as the app to handle that file format?
