Opera is not requesting location service

Can't add Opera to the list of apps that requires location service under location services in the settings under Privacy on MacOS Sonoma. Any solutions to this? Thanks!

I can't get Opera to allow my location when I am seeking directions on Google Maps. How can I add this to my allowed list?

System Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and enable Opera. Google Maps would work.
