When you add a page to the speeddial window via the menù, and you have on the speeddial window subfolders, is
possible to add the new page directly to a subfolder instead of the principal folder ?

There are no plans to add this that I am aware of. It not something we have had many requests for and it adds a fair deal of complexity to the context menu to handle it correctly.
Instead of using the context menu, open the speed dial folder and click on the +. If you currently have a tab open with the page you want to add, it will likely appear in the suggestions.

I tried to open a page and then open a subfolder of the Speed Dial folder, then I click on the + but the page which is open (and that I want to save) didn't appear on the choices, if I want to memorize in the subfolder I must click on the + and insert manually the url
