Can't move tabs bet workspaces post update

So before this horrible new Opera with the "modular" I was able to freely move stuff between workspaces. Now on WKspace 1 #2 won't show up. #1 shows up on 2 though to move stuff.

@exodus007 Yep, workspaces drag and drop is still work in progress and that's why opera://flags/#workspaces-dnd is still disabled by default.

@exodus007 Because almost everything needs to be reimplemented for the new UI.

@exodus007 For now you can right click on the tab and use Move To..

@leocg I do and the workspace I want to move to literally doesn't show as an option.
