Re-enabling pop-up for sending recent files and images

I was using Opera GX by tomorrow, then I reset my pc. Before whenever i have to send image on telegram or whatsapp, a pop-up was showing up which gives me option to send webpage image or recent downloaded image. But after I redownloaded then this option was gone. How can i re-enable this setting.

@leocg I have the same problem, I checked every where in the settings and cannot find it, can't you just give us the exact setting that we need to change, or a screenshot of it.

@4zkdsu It's called "Show popup with clipboard and recent downloads when uploading files", pretty obvious.
