i can't move tabs to the right side

I have a problem with tabs after the new opera update. When I want to move tab to the right side, it automatically changes its place and appears on the left side. I recorded a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pCZjYka-DQc

Here on O95 it works as it should, no need to wait. That's why I won't update to 'One' version.
During short periods I open latest developers versions I see any kinds of bad things (including tabs management) here an there in the UX, there's no smoothness.

@niechtoszlag Hey, just use latest iteration of Opera 95, I think it's the last good version of Opera. https://get.opera.com/ftp/pub/opera/desktop/
I'm using it and I don't see any issues, just turn off the autoupdate, so it doesn't break/update on its own.
