The closest you'll get to a direct contact is by reporting a bug here https://opera.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/9

The closest I've been on email is the Opera Privacy Team via
now Opera uses a form for these requests.
I asked how to delete a user account on the forum. Answer was:
"To delete your Forums account, you need to delete your Opera Account."
My reply was:
"That is not an acceptable solution. The forum is a stand-alone service. A user must be able to delete a social forum profile and/or content, without it affecting the main Opera Account."
Since Opera as a Norwegian company did respond further, I have lodged a case and started dialogue with The Consumer Authority of Norway and The Norwegian Data Protection Authority (DPA) on failure to comply with GDPR.

I know, so do many large services.
Opera must still have an option for deleting a forum/community profile and related activity, such as on answers.microsoft.com
Imagine if Dropbox said: To remove your dropboxforum.com profile, you need to delete your Dropbox account?

Hello, since I don't use any other Opera services, I only use Opera as a browser, I have now deleted the Opera account because it doesn't make sense to continue the problem with my first thread request:
https://forums.opera.com/post/316487 to the forum with this smiley icon in the top right corner of the desktop window!
I can still use Opera to browse. That's enough for me! -
