Can you disable "New Private Window" function?

i don't want to be able to have the "New Private Window" function. Anyone know a way to disable it? Even if it's not through Opera itself.

@yus10 Disabling the "New Private Window" function in Opera or any browser requires modifying code or settings, which can be unstable and insecure. It's not possible to disable it externally.

Don't know if this will work for Opera, but some corporation use this Chrome extension.

You will also have to play around a bit with admin versus non-admin accounts.
