Disable Tab Cycling in Tab Islands?

Can anyone tell me how to stop Opera One from changing a tab's position in a Tab Island?

I've gone into Settings and turned off Cycle tabs in most recently used order but it's still happening.

Islands are great, but it's very frustrating to have tabs moving around within an island, especially when the task being performed needs tabs to remain in a static position.

@ziz Never saw it happening here. What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
