Error installing Opera under Windows 7 64-bit

Hello!

How do I install Opera 64-bit under Windows 7 64-bit?

I download the latest version under Windows 7 from the manufacturer's website.
I start the installation and three error windows appear:

One error, after clicking OK a second and after OK a third.

You try install Opera v100.x(Windows 10+ compatible), for Windows 7 you can use Opera v95.x maximum.
