Restore "last open tabs" after crash

Unfortunatly Opera crashed yesterday after upgrading to Opera One.
Now all my open Tabs were "gone" - is there any chance to restore them? I knew from companys browser (which is Microsoft Edge) a option to do so, but I have never seen something like that in opera so far. Or have I overseen it? -

@dirkkramm I've had a similar problem;
Opera updated to this new version automatically yesterday, which worked fine, but on shutting down the PC and re-booting for the second time (first this morning was OK) this new version lost all my saved tabs and previous session; just over 300 tabs split over 6 different workspaces.
Annoyingly, it also deleted all my history from all workspaces tabs etc.
Settings do still show to restore previous session on bootup.
The old trick of Control-Shift-T wouldn't restore anything, presumably as all the history had been deleted.
Fortunately, my speed dial shortcuts still worked, as I have several folder containing backups of the workspace tabs from a couple of weeks ago, so only lost current tabs completely.
Normally do a full backup of everything before updating, but this one happened in the background without asking. -

@peak4 Same problem here lost tons of tabs. why did opera released unstable version of browser feels more like Opera Beta than stable release , anyone knows how to fix this? I tried turning off hardware acceleration , reason why tabs might be gone is that opera removed Delay loading of background tab at start up function

Similar problem here, the new version seemingly randomly opens up a new window with one open tab and all other tabs I opened in my workspaces are completely gone. It also happens when I simply close the browser and open it again later. 1 empty tab, everything else is gone. Hope this will be fixed soon....

This happened again to me for the second time. All my tabs gone after manually restoring them... what a disaster of a release.

@namero999 I thought tab islands were the cause of crash but seems like even without it opera looses all the open tabs, white flash issue while loading suspended tabs is still part of Opera even after years of users complaining

Same again as previous; It seems to happen at least once a week.
Opera crashed when scrolling through a page.
Reboot program, but lost 250 tabs split over 6 workspaces.
All Opera browsing history deleted too, even though it's set to save history and retain previous session.
Whilst restoring workspaces from speeddial folders, crashed again, but this time taking both monitor displays with it.
Eventually had to re-boot machine with re-set button, but on Opera re-booting and restoring via Speed dial folders, crashed again three times. -

confirming this behaviour. Even without a crash, just closing a session, and opening Opera the next day, various tabs, across different workspaces, all gone

same problems here, opera could not remember the browser / device, new session of the same browser on same device was considered as a different browser/ device with tabs opened in last session stored in another "new device" under "syned tabs"
