Some issues with dragging tabs

When the problems with tabs and windows will be fixed?
I'm asking because it seems to me that there is nothing done and I will migrate to other browser if there are no plans to fix this basic problems. Some concerns for example
- When dragging a Tab out of a window, it is always placed over the window it was dragged from. It should be placed where it is dropped, as how other browsers work.
- You can't drop Tab on the empty area at top bar. This was lately broken. It amazes me how it has not been fixed yet. (instead we got some useless AI haikus)
- After restart, docked Opera Windows are few pixels out from the screen border, so you have to dock them again.
- When dragging tab out of Window, you can't dock it to the "zones" as in other browsers.
So, are there any plans to address these issues ? If so, when we can wait some fixes to these problems.
Overall, moving tabs feels just bad compared to other Browsers.
Test some modern browsers and play with the Tabs. Move a tab from a window to a other. The responsiveness and functionality is just way better than in other browsers. They feel fluid and easy to use, fast and accurate. In Opera moving tabs is slow and needs a huge amount of accuracy and concentrating to get them where you want them.Simply moving a tab from window to other falls almost every time with Opera. In Edge or Chrome, it is smooth like butter..
Is it impossible to just copy the functionality from other browsers?
Instead of breaking things more, like you have lately done. -
